On March 10, 2022, at 5:00 a.m., the Pleasant Prairie Communications Center will undergo service provider maintenance. The maintenance will disrupt communications with the public between 5:00 a.m. and approximately 6:30 a.m. The Pleasant Prairie Communications center will not receive incoming calls from the Village's listed non-emergency phone numbers during this time frame. 

During the maintenance period, individuals who need to contact the Pleasant Prairie Police Department for a non-emergency can call 262.947.3690. In addition, properties with alarm systems should reach out to their providers to notify them of the scheduled maintenance and provide the temporary non-emergency police contact number listed above.

The public is encouraged to continue to call 911 for any emergencies. All emergency calls will be forwarded to the Pleasant Prairie Police Department by Kenosha Joint Services throughout the maintenance time frame. Upon maintenance completion, the Pleasant Prairie non-emergency numbers will be completely operational. For any questions or concerns outside the maintenance window, please contact the Pleasant Prairie Police Department at 262.694.7353.
