The utility bill that you receive from Pleasant Prairie this coming January will arrive as a letter sized bill in an envelope. The Village's online payment service, PSN, will be replaced with a new system at the end of December.
If you pay your bill through PSN, the Village's online payment service, in January you will need to establish a new account at PleasantPrairieOnline.com. All who receive a bill from Pleasant Prairie Utilities will receive a separate mailer in December regarding the changes.
