Pleasant Prairie Photo Contest
Show off your photography skills and capture what makes the Village of Pleasant Prairie special. We are looking for photos that showcase the beauty, character, and community of Pleasant Prairie throughout the year.
Selected photos may be featured in the 2027 Village Calendar, on the Village website, social media, and other Village marketing materials.

Complete the online submission form and upload your photo.
A separate submission must be completed for each photo entry.
A maximum of five photos per entrant will be accepted.
The contest is open to everyone. Minors must have a parent or guardian complete the submission form on their behalf. Village of Pleasant Prairie employees may enter but are not eligible to win prizes.
Contest Timeline
- Submissions: Open through Friday, September 18
- Public Voting: Monday, September 28 – Friday, October 9
- Final Winners Announced: Tuesday, October 20
- Photo Exhibition: Early 2027 – An exhibition will showcase submitted photos.
Photo Requirements
Before submitting, make sure your photo meets the following requirements:
- Photos must be taken within the Village of Pleasant Prairie.
- Photos taken prior to the start of the contest will be accepted.
- Photos must be in landscape orientation.
- A maximum of five photos per entrant will be accepted.
- Only electronic files are accepted.
- Files must be JPG or PNG format and between 2 MB and 10 MB.
- Photos may not feature recognizable faces. Village staff will determine whether photos that include people are eligible.
- Photos may not feature intellectual property belonging to others, including registered trademarks.
- Photos must be in good taste.
Contest Rules and Permissions
By submitting a photo, you agree to the Photo Contest rules, including the Village's Publicity Release, Permission to Reprint, and Indemnity.

Accepted photos become the property of the Village of Pleasant Prairie and may be cropped, edited, reproduced, and used by the Village in various media formats for an unlimited amount of time and at no cost to the Village. Every effort will be made to provide photo credit, but credit cannot be guaranteed for every use.
Judging
Village staff and/or contest judges will review submitted photos. Judging decisions are final. The Village reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest if it cannot be conducted as planned.
