Pleasant Prairie Parks Department is looking for people interested in dedicating a memorial tree.

• Memorial trees will be planted in the Spring or Fall based on schedule and availability of trees.
• Trees are planted in Village Parks, determined by Village staff depending on needs and site conditions.
• Prairie Springs Park - only replacements for dead/declining trees are allowed, new trees are no longer available to plant. 
• Memorial plaque will be maintained by the Parks Department for 10 years and the tree for it's lifetime.
• Memorial trees cost $650.00; additional costs may apply for extra accommodations.  We only accept checks made payable to "Village of Pleasant Prairie".  Mail check and completed order form to Village of Pleasant Prairie, 8600 Green Bay Road, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.  Attn:  Memorial Tree Program.
