The Finance Division is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the Village and providing a wide range of financial support services. Our mission is to support Village staff, policy makers and citizens by providing quality financial services and information to promote prudent decision making that maintains long-term financial stability.

Budget Book

In an effort to enhance transparency, the Village of Pleasant Prairie has partnered with ClearGov to offer a Digital Budget Book. Visitors interacting with the Digital Budget Book can quickly review Village finances using tables and graphs that make complex financial data easier to comprehend.

During the budget process, Village staff will use the Digital Budget Book as a communication tool. As sections of the Budget Book are completed, they will be activated so residents, businesses, and guests can view. Budgets planned to be presented and discussed at upcoming Village Board meetings will be available to view prior to the meetings. Until budgets are approved by resolution, they are subject to change.
