SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS APPROVED FOR THE BULLS EYE DEVELOPMENT
RESTAURANTS NAMED INCLUDE CHIPOTLE, FIVE GUYS AND POTBELLY
On Monday, November 9, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Final Site and Operational Plans related to the construction of two multi-tenant retail buildings on approximately two acres of land, south of State Highway 50 and immediately east of 94th Avenue in the Prairie Ridge commercial area.
A 6,250 square foot, two-tenant (restaurant/retail) building will be built on Lot 1; tenants will include Mattress Firm and Chipotle. A 7,370 square foot, three-tenant (restaurant/office/restaurant) building will be built on Lot 2; tenants will include Five Guys, a proposed dental office, and Potbelly. Each of the three restaurants will offer indoor and outdoor seating. Businesses in the buildings are expected to operate between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Mass grading at the site and the installation of underground utilities has already taken place for The Bulls Eye Development. Construction is expected to begin yet this year and to be complete during early summer of 2016. Access to the property will be available from 76th Street.
