
STEEL BEAM FROM WORLD TRADE CENTER MAKES BRIEF STOP IN PLEASANT PRAIRIE
On Thursday, September 8, 2011, a piece of steel beam from the World Trade Center made a brief stop in Pleasant Prairie along I-94 on its way to Milwaukee to be used in a 9/11 memorial. Motorcycle riders, police officers, firefighters and others helped to commemorate the solemn 10-year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
