
National Drug Take Back Day will take place on Saturday, October 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the listed locations. Dispose of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications. Learn about the potential for medication abuse, behavioral health resources and services throughout Kenosha County, and receive lifesaving Narcan training at select locations.
Items Accepted
Prescription (controlled and non-controlled) and over-the-counter (OTC) medications, ointments, patches, inhalers, non-aerosol sprays, creams, vials and pet medications. Vape pens or other e-cigarette devices (batteries removed).
Items NOT Accepted
Illegal drugs, needles/sharps, acids, aerosol cans, biohazardous materials, (anything containing a bodily fluid or blood), personal care products (shampoos, soaps, lotions, sunscreens), household hazardous waste (paint, pesticides, oil, gas), mercury thermometers.
