IDOT IS SEEKING PUBLIC INPUT ON THE REFINED IMPROVEMENT ALTERNATIVES FOR THE ILLINOIS ROUTE 131 (Russell Road to Sunset Avenue) PHASE I PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY
The purpose of this meeting will be to obtain feedback on two refined project alternatives developed to address the needs of the study area. Exhibits that define the alternatives will be on display and an audio-visual presentation will be shown continuously during the course of the meeting. The Illinois Route 131 meeting will be an open house format, so you can visit anytime between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. This study is taking an in depth look at existing and projected transportation needs along Illinois Route 131 through an extensive public involvement process.
