Aalto Enhancement Center will offer wellness services and products, including counseling, psychiatry, massage therapy, and aesthetician services, from its new location. Site and Operational Plans were also considered and approved for Catalyst Exhibits to occupy 144,394 square feet at 7809 100th Street. Catalyst will design and fabricate three-dimensional marketing exhibits for trade shows from the new location. Catalyst has plans to occupy the space by late summer of 2011 and to employ 88 full-time and two part-time employees.
Site and Operational Plans were also considered and approved for Hospira to occupy 82,104 square feet of space at 10616 82nd Avenue. This location will serve as a supplemental warehouse and distribution facility to its current Pleasant Prairie facility at 10501 80th Avenue.
