On Monday, July 11, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved Site and Operational Plans for the construction of a new 60,256 square foot multi-tenant, speculative, industrial building in LakeView Corporate Park. Towne LakeView LLC, doing business as Zilber Property Group, presented plans to subdivide a property into two parcels and to construct the speculative building on the southwest corner of Green Bay Road and 95th Street.
Towne is looking to begin work before the end of the month in order to complete the project by the end of the year. The 4.95-acre property is currently zoned for manufacturing. The building will be known as Towne V. Current plans call for eight truck docks and 85 vehicle parking spaces. The proposed use for Towne V will be factory and/or storage. There is no identified user for the building at this time.
LakeView Corporate Park is home to a diverse group of business uses including industrial (manufacturing), distribution, office space and retail property. “We are incredibly pleased that Zilber Property Group has brought forward plans for a new speculative building,” commented Village President John Steinbrink Sr. “In our current economic climate, the construction of a speculative manufacturing facility is a strong sign of confidence for our local business community and the region.”
