
SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS APPROVED FOR THE CORNERS AT PRAIRIE RIDGE MULTI-TENANT RETAIL BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE BULLS-EYE DEVELOPMENT
On Monday, November 9, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Site and Operational Plans for a 13,300 square foot multi-tenant retail/restaurant building that will accommodate up to six tenants. Located south of State Highway 50 and immediately east of the Bulls Eye multi-tenant retail development, between 94th and 91st Avenues in the Prairie Ridge Commercial area.
A 2,497 square foot tenant space will accommodate MOD Pizza with indoor and outdoor seating, and a 4,010 square foot tenant space will house a Corner Bakery with indoor and outdoor seating and a drive through. The building will offer four other tenant spaces with between 1,471 and 1,809 square feet. Businesses in the building are expected to operate between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Access to the site will be available from two driveway connections on 76th Street. Each of the driveway connections will be shared with future, adjacent, commercial lots. Construction is expected to begin during early spring of 2016 with completion anticipated during the fall of the 2016.
