FINAL SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS APPROVED FOR ULINE CONFERENCE CENTER

On Monday, August 10, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Final Site and Operational Plans for the construction of a conference center at Uline’s Corporate Campus. Preliminary Site and Operational Plans for the project were approved on June 8.

Uline is planning to construct a two-level, 22,500 square foot conference center overlooking a pond at their corporate campus. The conference center is being planned for private use and would be used, on average, one time per week for corporate meetings, conferences and events with approximately 200 to 300 attendees. The building is expected to include a large gathering area on the main floor and a deck overlooking the existing pond.

Uline is currently constructing a second 1.1 million square foot warehouse at its corporate headquarters and is in the planning stages for the construction of a second corporate office building on property along the West I-94 Frontage Road very near its corporate campus.
