The Ice Arena at Pleasant Prairie RecPlex will host the 2025 Spring Ice Show, celebrating 20 years of performances with an anniversary production titled “In My Era.” The annual event will highlight two decades of local skating excellence and pay tribute to the skating community's growth and dedication.
“This year’s show reflects the progress and commitment seen over the past two decades,” explained Katie Luburich, Figure Skating Coordinator at RecPlex Ice Arena. “The performances highlight the skill development of skaters across all age groups, and the anniversary theme offers a unique opportunity to honor the program’s history.”
The 20th Anniversary Spring Ice Show will feature approximately 140 performers, ranging from preschool-aged skaters to adults. Skaters will present solo, duet, and synchronized routines inspired by music and themes from the past 20 years. This year’s show reflects on the progression of talent, teamwork, and creativity since the inaugural performance.
Three showtimes will be offered: Friday, May 9, at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 10, at 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tickets are available at the RecPlex Ice Arena, 9900 Terwall Terrace. General admission is $15 per person. Children under age three receive complimentary admission. Concessions will be available for purchase during the performances.
The RecPlex Ice Arena staff would like to thank all the volunteers for their annual support of this event, which includes coordination and assistance with set design, costume preparation, logistics, and more.
