The Pleasant Prairie Village Board approved a contract with a5 Branding & Digital on March 9, 2026. The firm will provide marketing and communications services across all Village departments and platforms, including RecPlex.
a5 Branding & Digital is a design-driven marketing and communications agency based in Chicago that works with organizations to develop brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, and creative content.
The contract follows the Request for Proposals process conducted in late 2025 and the earlier selection of a5 Branding & Digital as the preferred provider. The agreement allows the Village to access a larger team of marketing and communications professionals while maintaining the current annual service budget.
The contract will also be included in the Village application for the Wisconsin Innovation Grant program. If awarded, grant funding would support Village capital projects over the next five years.
