The Pleasant Prairie Police Department, Village Board, Police & Fire Commission, and Village staff invite community members to attend a retirement celebration honoring Chief of Police Smetana’s service.
The celebration will take place on Friday, January 9, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Prairie Police Station, 10111 39th Avenue (South of Pleasant Prairie Village Hall on 39th Avenue).
Doors open to the public at 11:30 a.m. Formal remarks and program activities begin at 12:00 p.m. Attendees are welcome to stop in to recognize Chief Smetana’s career and extend best wishes for retirement.
