The Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission approved a Preliminary Condominium Plat on Monday, March 16, 2026, for The Lofts at Village Green. The proposed residential condominium development is located near 47th Avenue between Main Street and 104th Street. The Preliminary Plat is consistent with the revised Concept Plan for the Sagewood Condominiums at Village Green that was conditionally approved by the Pleasant Prairie Village Board on December 8, 2025.
The proposal would vacate the existing Sagewood Condominiums Plat and establish a new condominium plat known as The Lofts at Village Green. The development would incorporate two existing four-unit condominium buildings and construct 14 additional four-unit buildings, for a total of 64 units. The development is planned in two phases. Phase 1 would include the two existing buildings and six new four-unit buildings. Phase 2 would include eight additional four-unit buildings and the construction of shared amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor gathering areas, and a walking path.
The townhouse-style units are planned to be approximately 2,200 square feet and include two-car attached garages, first-floor living spaces, and three bedrooms on the second floor. As part of the planning process, the developer met with the condominium association attorney, president, board members, and homeowners to review the proposed changes.
A public hearing regarding the proposed name change for Sagewood Circle is scheduled for the March 23 Village Board meeting. If approved, the changes would take effect prior to recording the new condominium plat for The Lofts at Village Green.
