UPDATE: Kenosha County has withdrawn the local order on Safer-at-Home. 

In an updated news release on Thursday, May 14, Kenosha County announced that in response to differing and updated legal guidance, Kenosha County is immediately withdrawing its local action that continued the provisions of the state’s Safer-at-Home Order. Read the full news release here.

Following the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision to overturn the Safer-at-Home Order from Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers on May 13, 2020, Kenosha County officials issued a local order continuing the county's regulations until May 26.
