Recreation Fitness Trainer Wins Jr. National Championship
The Village would like to congratulate Jacob Swisher on his recent achievement at the 2022 NPC (National Physique Committee) Junior Nationals in Chattanooga, Tennesee. Swisher is a national men's physique bodybuilding competitor and personal trainer at RecPlex. In June, he won first place in Men's Physique Class D. He also earned his IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilders) Pro Card, which allows him to move on to professional bodybuilder competitions.
Swisher is a Village of Pleasant Prairie Recreation Fitness Trainer. Community members may have seen him working with clients in the fitness center at RecPlex. He is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Strength and Conditioning. Swisher's areas of expertise are training for strength, bodybuilding, weight loss, athletic, and conditioning.
