Costco Fuel Facility Relocation Advances with Zoning Amendment

On Monday, April 20, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission confirmed Site and Operation Plans (and related approvals) to move forward with the previously approved concept to relocate the Costco fueling facility at 7707 94th Avenue.

The action advances the project the Plan Commission approved in concept on February 16, 2026, which relocates fueling operations to a 2.8-acre site at the southwest corner of County Trunk Highway H (88th Avenue) and 76th Street and adds 133 parking spaces at the warehouse. The project is intended to increase pump capacity and improve traffic flows in and out of the area.

Final approvals related to zoning and planned development amendments will be considered by the Village Board on April 27th, 2026, after which construction permits may be issued.

Froedtert South Continuing Expansion to Build Four-Story Parking Garage at Pleasant Prairie Hospital

Froedtert South is advancing plans for a four-story parking garage at its Pleasant Prairie Hospital campus.  The Plan Commission approved the site and operational plan for the development of the campus’s first dedicated parking structure at 9555 76th Street. This marks the development of the first multi-story parking facility in the Village.

The project continues the multi-phase expansion first approved by the Plan Commission in July 2025, which authorized a 50,000-square-foot hospital addition and a new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Training Facility.

Hospital operations will continue uninterrupted throughout the construction period.
