Willow Grove Condominiums Development Advances with Final Plat Approval
On Monday, June 1st, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission confirmed the Residential Development Plans, Final Condominium Plat (and related approvals) for the Willow Grove Condominiums development.

This approval will allow for the development of 18 units on a 6.21-acre vacant parcel located at 68th Street, east of 88th Avenue (CTH H). This approval follows the Preliminary Plat approval, which came in July 2025. The development will provide Pleasant Prairie residents additional housing opportunities and complement the surrounding area.

Final approvals related to Comprehensive Plan Amendment (and related approvals) will be considered by the Village Board on June 8th, 2026.
