Beware of unsolicited water quality testing mailings being sent to the area. The mailings are not endorsed or contracted by the Village. The mailing, which lists Pleasant Prairie and encloses an EPA flyer, is done in a way that may confuse residents into thinking it is from an official source.
Participation in such programs is strictly voluntary. Before making any decisions, residents are encouraged to research the company and their offers through reliable sources such as the Better Business Bureau.
