Wisconsin Women’s Triathlon Road Closures

On Sunday, August 13, the Wisconsin Women’s Triathlon (formally known as Iron Girl Triathlon) will take place inside and around Prairie Springs Park. The swim and run courses will be held entirely within the park; however, the bike course will take athletes out of the park and onto local roads.

The following roads will be closed to through traffic from approximately 6:00 a.m. until noon on August 13:
• Highway 165 between Corporate Drive and Highway 31.
• 120th Avenue to County Highway C (Wilmot Road).
• County Highway C (Wilmot Road) between 120th Avenue and 122nd Avenue.
• 122nd Avenue to Aurora Drive.
Pleasant Prairie Police and volunteers will be staffing intersections along the route to protect athletes, spectators, and travelers. Guests are invited to line the racecourse to welcome, cheer on, and encourage all the athletes visiting Pleasant Prairie for the Wisconsin Women’s Triathlon.
